Swun
Terms
Last updated May 25, 2026 · This is a draft for private beta. A finalized version will publish before public launch.
What Swun does
Swun helps you plan an evening — by suggesting venues, timing, and gifts based on the prompts you answer. Swun is a planning assistant, not the venue or the operator. We don't make reservations on your behalf, we don't process payments for the venue, and we don't guarantee availability. You confirm and book directly with each venue.
Money
Swun is free during private beta. We may earn affiliate revenue when you book through links we provide. We never charge you for using the planner, and an affiliate relationship never influences which venues we recommend. When that changes (if it does), we'll tell you here first.
What we ask of you
Use Swun for yourself or with the explicit consent of the person it's planning for. Don't submit a partner's email without permission to contact them. Don't impersonate someone else. Don't try to break the rate limits or scrape.
Things outside our control
Venues change menus, hours, and policies without telling us. Restaurants overbook. Things go wrong. Swun gives you a shape and confidence — it can't promise the night. Confirm critical details directly with each venue, especially when a "things to confirm" prompt appears on your plan.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swun is provided "as is" during private beta. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages — e.g. a bad meal, a closed restaurant, a partner who hated the gift. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and working.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with the "Last updated" date. If you keep using Swun after a material change, you've accepted the new version.
